Top This! on Brilliant - Aspinwall, PA

Top This! on Brilliant is located on Brilliant Ave. in Aspinwall. I have had their pizza previously but never reviewed it. They have over 30 toppings available, but I have only had plain.

I enjoyed it the first time I had it so I knew it was one to try again and review. The crust was in the style I like, nice and thin under the topping and thicker on the outer part.  It was cooked perfectly and is flavorful. The sauce might be a tad sweet for me. It isn't a problem and they use an appropriate amount of it. The cheese is very tasty and they use a good amount of it. It tastes like they give their pies a sprinkle of parmesan, so it has a nice saltiness to it. Overall, it is one of the best I have sampled so far. I recommend it and it will be my go-to pizza shop when I am in the Aspinwall area.
