La Nova Pizzaria - Springdale, PA

La Nova Pizzaria is located on Pittsburgh Street in Springdale.  I gave them a try because they had over a 90% on Urbanspoon.  I now assume they got this score because the owners must be voting it up or the residents of Springdale have never had any other kind of pizza.

The pizza wasn't bad but was far from great.  The crust was very soft and lacked flavor.  The sauce was about avergage and just a tad to sweet.  The cheese topping was good and they used a good amount of it.  Overall this pizza was average.  The quest for Pittsburgh's best pizza continues!
