Coffaro's Pizza - Slippery Rock, PA

I have probably eaten Coffaro's Pizza, located on Main Street in Slippery Rock, more than any other.  I am going to try and not be bias when I review them.  Also, this will be the first pizza I rate that had a topping other than cheese. We went with the sausage.

My favorite part of Coffaro's is the crust.  I enjoy the the crispness of the crust and it has a good flavor.  The sauce is decent and goes well with everything else.  They tend to skimp a bit on the cheese topping and could put it further up toward the crust.  The sausage tastes like some type of breakfast sausage.  The more I think about it the more I dislike the sausage.  I feel if I were to get it on another pizza shops pizza I would be hard on it because I am picky when it comes to sausage.  I think my love for it is a familiarity thing because I have been eating Coffaro's since I was in my early teens.  It is currently the best pizza in Butler County but that isn't saying much. Overall, I recommend it and will be going back.

          Crust: 8/10
          Sauce: 6.5/10
          Topping: 6.5/10
          Overall: 7.5/10
