J and S (Capri) - Natrona Heights, PA

A co-worker of mine recommended J and S Pizza located on Freeport Road in Natrona Heights. There are two J and S Pizza shops in Natrona Heights, but from what I have been told they are not affiliated. This J and S is part of a small Italian restaurant called Capri.

The crust would have been much better if it were cooked for another minute or two. The crust on this pie had some flavor but it could have been crisper on the outside. The sauce had a hint of sweetness to it but it was not terribly sweet and the amount of sauce used was appropriate. The cheese was plentiful and tasty. Overall, it was a decent pizza. I wouldn't go out of my way for it but would eat it if I were in the area.
